23, 1996 Association of Small and Alternative Energy of Russia
(AMNER) was created based on the recommendation of the parliamentary hearings.
It was composed of 22 organizations.
December 18, 2002 the organization was transformed into
NO AMNER - a non-profit organization Association of Small and
Alternative Energy of Regions.
May 18, 2006 the form of organization has been changed
to a limited liability company.
The company name was changed, the composition of the participants was
changed, but chosen direction of activity was remained unchanged .
Currently, the company have had a lot of practical
experience of the Association of Small Energy. Limited Liability Company
"Small Alternative Power engineering" successfully solves the problem of
creating complex gas turbine power plants with generation of steam and
heat on the basis of domestic and foreign manufacturers.
There are the
following types of power plants and thermal power plants that we design:
Gas turbine power plants and CHP power plants based on
gas turbines, with an aggregate unit capacity of 2.5 ... 25 MW with the
delivery of process steam and heat for companies in different fields.
Combined-cycle power plant for enterprises and housing
and communal services with separate production of heat and electricity
on the basis of gas-turbine units (GTU) and steam turbines,
Gas turbine plant working on a rejection scheme when
gas is not discharged after GTU to the recovery boiler, and it is
directed to the power boiler. In this variant heat from GTU CHP can
produce in 1.5 ... 2.5 times more energy in
the boiler burner. The power plant on the rejection scheme is the most
reliable and cost-effective for the delivery of heat and electricity.
Power plants based on gas-reciprocating unit,
Gas turbine power plants with water boilers - version
with minimal capital expenditure.
Heat recovery systems based on ORC-technology (using low-boiling working fluids)
Power plants and boiler house based on gasificator of solid fuel
To solve the complex problems of heat and electricity supply "SAPE"
involves specialized institutions and organizations (see "Partners -
Project organization").
All executors, attracted by LLC "SAPE" have
years of experience in the design, manufacture, installation and
commissioning.
Obtained a license for the design of power plants, of the work and
functions of customer-builder GS-1-99-02-26-0-7730541615-055913-1,
GS-1-99-02-27-0-77305416-15 -055914-1 August 20, 2007, as well as a
certificate of admission to certain types of design that affect the
safety of the construction number 0193-2012-7724740443-P-30 issued by
the SRO (self-regulatory organization) IRCT (Interregional Union of
designers ).
